SG Local Orders
Delivery within Singapore will be FREE of charge via our 3rd Party Logistic provider. However, for delivery to Jurong Island, Tuas, Lim Chu Kang, Senoko or any remote areas will incur a charge of $15.
We reserve the right not to deliver to areas that are restricted, protected or that required security Pass/ Clearance, Safety briefing or donning of safety gears.
All orders placed before 6.00PM will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 6.00PM will be shipped the day after. Pre-order/backorder items will ship as they become available.
Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery, however, during promotional/sale period, deliveries may take slightly longer. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed within the next 1-2 business days
International Orders
At District One Label, we strive to provide you premium service to match our premium products. We take pride in our superior international shopping experience to give you the confidence to ship your purchases to most of the countries in the world and hassle-free. If you can’t select your country on the check out page, kindly contact us at enquiry@districtonelabel.sg and we’ll do our best to get you one.
We reserve the right to cancel/refuse orders that are shipping to an international forwarding company.

International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors. This includes: the desired duration of shipping, the number of items purchased and combined weight of products, as well as the destination country.

For all other countries, shipping fee will be calculated during checkout.
Shipment Timeframes
Beside the countries listed above, Shipping to the Rest of the World takes between 8 - 12 business days. This is subject to location and can take more for specific countries.
The duration of your shipment will be quoted upon checkout based on your selected destination country and the shipping methods available for the items in your shopping cart.
While we do our best to ensure delivery upon the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed due to outside factors such as inclement weather or delays caused by the courier. And in the event that shipping is disrupted, or not available to your destination, we might cancel your order and refund your payment.
Each parcel will have a tracking number that will be sent after dispatch. The customer can use this number to track the progress of their purchase and estimated arrival time.
