One of our priorities is customer satisfaction, and we want you to love your purchase. Try them in the comfort of your home, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the item(s), return or exchange it within 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, return of sale items are not allowed, any customized or made-to-order shoes are manufactured on a no cancel, no return basis.
Return and exchange requests have to be submitted within 30 days from the date of original order. The item to be returned or exchanged has to be:
- unworn,
- undamaged,
- in its original condition with no creases or wear on soles, and
- in their original packaging.
Hence, it is vital to try on shoes indoors on a carpet or clean floor with minimal movement to avoid creasing and damage.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Any products that are returned with damaged packaging, missing pieces or signs of use will NOT qualify for refunds or exchanges, and will be returned to you at your cost. All returns are final.
In order to exercise your right to return, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Returns
SG Local Orders
We are pleased to offer a free returns collection service to all our Gentleman Account customers for any purchases that meet our returns policy.
For guest checkout customers, there will be a small fee of $5.80 charged for the returns collection service to be arranged by District One Label. The fee will be deducted from the refund proceeds.
International Orders
Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the costs for returns collection service for international orders. The shipping costs for the return of the item will be depending on your location and borne by you. The returns collection service will be arranged by District One Label, and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund proceeds.
Exchanges
SG Local Orders
We are also pleased to offer a One-time complimentary exchange for regular-priced shoes and Sales items. However, it is subject to the availability of the product that you wish to exchange for.
You will be entitled to exchange any items equivalent to the value of the original item. If the exchange item is higher value than the original, payments will be required for the balance amount due. If the exchanged item value is lower than the original item, the refund will be in the form of store credit.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know if we have approved or rejected your request.
If your exchange is approved, the replacement item will normally be dispatched within 2-3 days. If for any reason this is not possible, we’ll notify you accordingly.
International Orders
Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the costs for returns collection service for international orders. The shipping cost for the return of the item will depend on your location and is borne by you. The returns collection service will be arranged by District One Label, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund proceeds.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know if we have approved or rejected your request.
If your refund is approved, we will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Note: It may take a few further days for the refund to appear on your account.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale cannot be refunded.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
